Jordan Morris

Field Geologist

Jordan joined EVREN Northwest in 2022 from a petrography lab where he studied Earth materials up close (through a microscope!). In his role as field geologist, his key responsibility is to perform a variety of environmental and geologic investigations including sampling soil, ground water, soil vapor, indoor air and other media using a variety of equipment and methods, both manual and mechanical. Additionally, Jordan conducts storm water monitoring and routine operations and maintenance of various monitoring and remediation systems.

When not in the field for EVREN Jordan does volunteer field work for several museums as a paleontologist.  He can also be spotted faceting and polishing gems, gardening, birdwatching, and hiking—all while headbanging to ‘80s heavy metal.
