HEATHER CAPORASO

Senior Environmental Scientist

Heather has extensive experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on an array of properties including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sites throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, and New Mexico. She has also successfully performed area wide assessments of city quadrants which required in-depth historical research and detailed site reconnaissance. Heather conducts and manages hazardous materials surveys, which includes sampling for asbestos and lead-based paint on properties varying from historical commercial buildings to large multi-family residences. Heather’s experience also consists of HUD environmental reviews, radon assessments, indoor air quality testing, mold sampling, and natural resource assessments. Her background comprises of report writing and evaluating field and analytical data, as well as proficient regulatory review, which includes certification of ASTM E1527 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments.

In her free time, Heather loves getting outdoors and exploring the wonders of nature. Her hobbies include volunteering, surfing, photography, music and cracking jokes (mostly to her own amusement).
